Hrvyst DataHub - User Cross Reference not found error.

You may have received an error event that requires action due to invalid user id.

  1. Received a notice via email from noreplay@greenstonesystems.com that a transaction requires your attention.

  2. Logged into the greenstone data hub and noticed an error on the front screen that requires your attention.

 

These errors are typically due to the Hrvyst trader that created the contract is not configured in the Data hub to the corresponding AGRIS user.

To correct this situation do the following:

  1. Choose the right hand menu (three lines) and find the Provider option

    1.  

    2. Select the user mapping tab.

       

    3. Add the Id for each Hrvyst user that is setup in AGRIS.

      1.  

    4. Return to the error queue and resend the message.
