How to Print Masked SSN on ACP Disbursements [Quick Tip]

Did you know that as of September 2020, we now have a new process in place to help protect taxpayer’s federal id number when printing a disbursement?

The benefits are:

Maximize the ability to protect the privacy of personal information residing within your datasets. Only the last 4 digits of the taxpayer’s federal id will print. (XXX-XX-1243)

Things to be aware of:

Forms will need to be changed to include the field that masks the number.

To include the field on your form:
Navigate to:

ACP>Forms Manager>A/P Check Forms, A/P Remittance Forms or PATR Check Forms

Select the form you wish to edit.
Text Forms field is listed as ‘Remit To Federal ID (Masked)’

Graphic Forms field is listed as @remit_to_federal_id_masked
