New Contract Type Won't Print

AGRIS User Problem:

I set up a new contract type in AGRIS, but when you enter a contract it does not give you the option to print.

 

Solution:

Go to GRN>Forms Manager>Choose Default Forms

Select either Purchase or Sales Contract

Select your new type of contract

Select Add

Select either Standard or User Defined Forms

 

Choose the form you want to default to

Choose to allow override or not. “Allow override” will bring up the list of forms, highlight your default so you can enter through, but will allow you to change the form before printing. With “don’t allow”, the list of forms does not even come up and you are not able to change the form before printing.

Repeat the process for Edit, Cancel and Price.
