CUSTOMER STATUS QUICK TIPS

Did you know, when searching for a specific contract in Customer Status, you can enter that contract number on the front page & save several keystrokes drilling into Customer Status to get to the contract?

Click Ok & you are taken straight to the Contract Schedules page of the contract.

Did you know you can access Name & Address info without getting out of Customer Status? Just click the Person Icon next to the Go button.

It takes you direct into Name Address as a separate popup window.

Once in Name Address, you have full access to everything your security allows. You can View & Edit anything with the Name Address Record. If you hit Save/Exit your changes are saved & you are taken back to the Customer Status screen where you started out. If you Cancel out of the Name Address record you are also taken back to where you were in Customer Status.

Did you know while in Customer Status you can go directly to Contract Maintenance screen & perform these tasks? You can Edit the Contract. You can Price the Contract. You can Print the Contract.

Click on Edit and it takes you directly to Contract Maintenance, to the specific contract you were viewing in Customer Status.

You have access to perform any Contract Maintenance task that your security allows. In this case, when the task is complete, you are NOT directed back to Customer Status screen.
