AGS-3219 Payment Application - new "Auto Apply" button for payment of oldest invoices (by due date)

Need to reduce time and effort to select invoices based on due date order?

The Payment Application feature now includes a new "Auto Apply" button.  Auto Apply applies the maximum amount possible to the invoices in numeric order based on invoice due date.  Once all of the payment is applied, the view returns to this screen.  Double-click a line to remove an invoice application.  Click Edit if you want to adjust a discount.
