Contract Import - Now rejects the transaction attempting to split a contract if it is already canceled. (AGS-15940)

Description

Now if a contract has been canceled, the system will prevent the contract from being updated or split through the contract import or web service post process. You will receive a warning message that the contract has already been canceled. This warning will prevent you from accidentally attempting to update the wrong contract.
