Invoicing Agroguide blends - One location does not print details for the formulation but others do.

Problem

Invoicing at one our locations the products are not showing up on the invoiced printouts. We have an Fertilizer total line and it seems that all of our of fertilizer products are "hidden" under the total line item. The total dollars are right but it's not showing all of the products.

Solution

Follow the steps below to ensure that Agroguide locations have the same configuration

  1. Navigate to AGY > Formulation Setup > Location Preferences.

  2. Select a location that works and note the item used for the Custom Blend Item

  3. Now compare to the location that does not work and adjust as needed to use the same item number.

Note changing the item number will work for future formulations created and DOES not retroactively change existing transactions
