The AGRIS 18.1.0 release has added:

AGS-857:  Invoice - Ability to enter invoice remarks on manual invoices at the time of entry

Want to:

• Simplify and reduce keystrokes relating to remark entry?
• Add remarks before saving the invoice and thus improve your ability to communicate relevant information with the customer?

The system now allows you to add remarks to manual invoices prior to the print event.  In addition, remarks on invoices can be viewed and/or edited in Invoice Maintenance instead of after the save event and enter remarks at time of printing. 

A new "Remarks" button when adding manual invoices on both the first and second screens, as seen below:

The following screen appear after selecting the "Remarks" button:

Remarks will be available to view and/or edit remarks for all invoices:

New Available Fields setup options are available for Manual Inovice remarks.
