Hrvyst / AGRIS - Documents did not update Datahub or Hrvyst from AGRIS

 Problem

Hedge change (spot contracts) or name changes did not update Hrvyst or some are missing what do I do next?

 Solution

  1. Open AGRIS

  2. Navigate to Communications>Agris Web Services

  3. Select 1) AGRIS Web Service configuration and choose the Hrvyst interface option

  4. Select the document types that need resent and adjust the date to before the document was updated. Then save and exit.

  5. Select 2) Process/Monitor Web Service Integration

  6. Stop and restart the service to resend.

  7. Verify the information was updated … if not please contact support
