There are two ways to reach Webex for remote support. The first is through AGRIS and the other is through any web browser.

Step 1: Upon launching AGRIS sign into your live dataset.

Step 2: Find the Help tab at the top. Click on help-contact information.

Step 3: This will open a page in a web browser. (Your default browser will determine which web browser it opens. This can be changed under; select the Start button, and then type Default apps. In the search results, select Default apps. Under Web browser, select the browser currently listed, and then select Microsoft Edge or another browser.)

Step 4: About a quarter of the way down there will be a link to https://culturatech.webex.com/sc. Click on the link.

Step 5: Favorite the web address for any future remote support. To bookmark/favorite a web address look for the star at the end of the address bar. Click on the star until it’s highlighted and click done. Or press CTRL+D. (To access the bookmarks/favorites list click on the three-dot icon in the upper right-hand corner of your web browser and go to bookmarks. You can also press CTRL+Shift+O to reach the same place.)

Step 6: Click Join and wait for remote support.

Step 4: Click Join and wait for remote support.
