How to Use Contract Templates [Quick Tip]

Create The Template:

  1. Go to GRN > Contracts > Contract Maintenance > Add New Contract

2. In the P/S box, select the “magnifying glass button“ > select either purchase or sales template

3. You can now enter your template and fill in any information you want to default. No fields are required on the template, so if you want to leave the required ones blank you can.

Default discount tables will override the discount tables on the template.

To Create A Contract Using A Template:

  1. Go to GRN > Contract > Contract Maintenance > Add Contract

2. Enter Purchase or Sales > select the “Default” button

3. Enter a T into Purchase/Sales > enter the template number or select the “magnifying glass” button

to search for it

4. All the information you put on the template will default in and you will be able to fill in the rest.
