You've already requested access Confluence Error

Greenstone’s customer documentation is free and available to access via our Knowledge Base called Confluence. You do not need to log into Confluence to have access to the articles written that can help troubleshoot issues or provide best practices for use of the Greenstone Systems. If you are prompted with a “you’ve already requested access” to Confluence message, this article provides you steps on how you can clear this message to continue to access Confluence without a login.

 

  1. Open this link: HERE

  2. If you see this page, you will need to clear the site cache to allow you to access Confluence without logging in:

3. Select the three dots next to your search engine on your browser:

 

4. Select “More Tools” > “Developer Tools

 

5. A new window will open in your browser. Select the “>>”, followed by “Application

 

6. Select “Storage” > “Clear Site Data

 

7. You should now be able to access this link without having to log into Confluence.
