How to: Change the Client Name for a Citrix Metaframe User

Go into the Citrix Program Neighborhood

Click Tools - ICA Settings

Find the section titled Client Name: change the name to better identify the workstation, if it is greyed out then the Enable Dynamic Client Name option may be checked. Uncheck it to specify a client name.

Click OK to save the change

After making the change start AGRIS

Go to Customize -  Workstations and setup the printers for the new client name (autocreated printers will show the new client name)
