Error: Btrieve 30 or 1022 ('Not a Btrieve file') encountered while launching AGRIS Standalone

When AGRIS launches, it will attempt to load the Pervasive workgroup engine if it is not already running.  Sometimes, AGRIS will load before Pervasive finishes launching and an error will be encountered.  Therefore, it is advisable to launch the Pervasive workgroup engine at the windows startup. This is necessary only if the machine runs standalone and has the Pervasive Workgroup Engine installed.

How to have the workgroup engine launch with Windows:

1. Click Start - Programs - Pervasive.SQL V8 - Engines

2. Right-click on Start Workgroup Engine and select Copy

3. Right-click on Start and select Explore All Users

4. Click Programs - Startup

5. In the Startup folder, click Paste

An icon should now appear in the Startup folder that says 'Start Workgroup Engine'
