Error after installing AGRIS on a new workstation: Distributed Tuning Interface Failure

AGRIS Vlient has just been installed on a new client workstation. When the AGRIS program launches on the workstation, the error returned is:
AeData:AeGetDBName - Unable to connect to server xxx, Error: Distributed Tuning Interface Failure
AGRIS continues to function properly on the rest of the machines on the network.

When the program was being installed, the datapath had been set to \\10.10.4.10\Apps\Agris\Datasets. Agris is very depentent upon name resolution to function properly. In this case, the IP address of the server is not an acceptable entry.

This issue has also been observed when using a mapped network drive for the datapath (i.e. F:\AGRIS\DATASETS) or when the path is invalid for some other reason (i.e. datapath in AGRIS.ini set to \\server\apps\agris\datasets\001 instead of just \\server\apps\agris\datasets)

Edit the C:\Agris\Agris.ini on the workstation
Changed the Datapath value at the end of the file to \\Server_name\Apps\Agris\Datasets*
Closed and save the changes

[Paths]
Data Path=\\Server_name\Apps\Agris\Datasets*
Support Path=
Userprog Path=
Work Path=C:\Temp
Component Server=
Locking Server=

*Server_name should be replaced by the actual name of the AGRIS database server. Also, use the correct UNC path to where the datasets reside.
