Error: Internet Explorer Needs to Close faulting application is iexplore.exe module speedscreenapi.dll

Edit the registry on the affected Metaframe servers and delete the following regkey:HEKY_Local_Machine\Software\Citrix\CtxHook\AppInit_DLLS\speedscreen\iexplore.exe

After deleting this regkey access to Internet Explorer and/or print HTML documents via AGRIS V9 is restored

This error is caused by the update of Metaframe XP to SP3
