Error Message: Basic 2147024770 (DTO.DLL) Followed by Basic 91

Register DTO.DLL in the Windows\System32 folder.

  1. Click Start - Run...- type CMD - click OK

  2. From the prompt, type CD\Windows\System32 (might be WINNT instead of Windows) and press ENTER.

  3. Type REGSVR32 DTO.DLL and press ENTER.

  4. A message that says DLLRegisterServer In dto.dll succeeded should appear > click OK

  5. Close the Command Prompt window and try starting AGRIS again

NOTE: If DTO.DLL does not exist in the Windows\System32 folder, copy it from the PVSW\Bin folder and then follow the steps listed above.
