Grid Columns and Sort

The sort for all display grids can be customized to display in the order that each user wants. This information is stored for each workstation. To change how the grid sorts, you need to click on the column header that you wish to sort by.

The green triangle indicates the current sort field, while the yellow box indicates the normal default sort. Sorting by a column other than the normal default may slow the loading of the columns.

You can also change the order of the columns by hitting the gear in the lower left of the screen.

This will open a page with details on it. Hit Edit Grid Preferences.

Highlight the column you wish to move and use the up and down arrows. You can put the columns in any order you want. Hit save.

Now your columns are saved in the order you want them.

** Grid columns and sort are saved by workstation. If any of your grids are becoming slow to sort, it is because of a setting you have. They can be erased by going to Customize>Work Stations then your workstation highlights and hit Clear Preferences.

This will bring up a screen that shows the number of edits you have made to grids. Unfortunately, this is an all or nothing delete. Hit yes to clear your changes and it will put your grids back to the default.
