Btrieve 8020 Error Launching AGRIS and Error 0 Loading Dataset on Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server 4

User attempted to launch AGRIS and encounters a Btrieve 8020 error. To resolve the Btrieve 8020 error, Pervasive is reinstalled. After Pervasive is reinstalled, the user can launch AGRIS, but encounters an Error 0 trying to load a dataset. The Error 0 and the subsequent errors are listed below.

Error 0: occurred in AeProcName !!! (OK)
Critical error occurred - Exiting System... (OK)
Run-time error '91':
Object variable or With block variable not set (OK)
AGRIS - Error occured in SysMenu:frmSysShell:Form_Load (OK)

MetaFrame Presentation Server 4.0 Enterprise Edition features a Virtual Memory Optimization utility. This utility causes Pervasive and AGRIS to encounter the errors listed above.

Disable the Citrix Virtual Memory Optimization service.

Change the Startup type to Disabled
Change the Service status to Stopped by clicking on the Stop button

AGRIS should now function normally. If the Btrieve 8020 error is still encountered, it may be necessary to uninstall Pervasive.SQL and reinstall it.
