  3. Select the Reinstall option and click OK

  4. After the reinstall completes, try to start AGRIS

Problems encountered during the reinstall (Error 1309, for example):
]]>A computer protection suite may be interferring with the installation of AGRIS.  The SystemSuite 7 Professional by VCOM is known to cause the AGRIS V9 install to fail.  Programs like this change the way software is installed in Windows.  If such software is installed, remove it from the system then reinstall AGRIS.

Comments

  • If the 91 error is encountered on a single machine, then it may indicate a problem with AEUI.DLL. Try running ftp://ftp.agris.com/TACTools/jdasreg.vbs and make sure you get a message similar to 'DllRegisterServer in C:\AGRIS\packages\env\AeUI.dll succeeded.' If an error is reported, then the system may not be correctly able to register dlls. Correct that issue and then try registering AeUI.dll again.
