Btrieve 11 on a Single Client Machine Attempting to Launch AGRIS or Run the Pervasive System Analyzer Tests

  1. On the machine returning the error, close AGRIS and any additional error messages prior to continuing

  2. Go to Start - Run... then type REGEDIT and click OK

  3. Click the plus next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

  4. Click the plus next to SOFTWARE

  5. Click the plus next to Pervasive Software

  6. Click the plus next to Communications Requester

  7. Click the plus next to Version 8

  8. Click on Settings

  9. On the right-hand side, delete any entries that begin with SatEntry (SatEntry0, SatEntry1, SatEntry2, etc..) by clicking on them once and pressing the Delete key on the keyboard and clicking Yes to confirm

  10. After all the SatEntry's are deleted double click NumSatEntries and change the value to the number 0 and click OK

  11. Exit the Registry Editor by clicking File - Exit

  12. Try running again to determine if this has corrected the problem
