How to Add a New Location with Commodity Setup

Step 1

Go to Maintenance > Location Maintenance > Insert

Enter the number that will represent the location and click ok

Enter Information in the available fields and click Ok

A location for Direct Shipments can also be created and no Address is needed

Step 2

Go to GRN > Commodity Tables > Commodity Codes > Add New Commodity

Enter the commodity Code and the New Location

Information on the following screens will be defaulted from the previous locations created

Verify the order of the discount tables and save/Exit

*Note you must add each Commodity to the New Location

Step 3

Go to GRN > Commodity Tables > Discount Tables > 5)Default Discount Tables

Enter the Commodity and the New Location

Enter the discount tables to be defaulted in the New Location

*Note this must be done for each commodity
