Actian PSQL v13 and Zen v14 support details [Quick Tip]

How to determine which version of Actian you are running

To determine the version of Actian you are running with AGRIS, follow these steps

  1. From your main AGRIS screen go to Help > About AGRIS

  2. Take note of the version shown

  3. Repeat these steps on any standalone or peer-to-peer machines you may have Actian installed on (i.e. oneWeigh machines or other standalone machines you have AGRIS installed on)

Note: if you are also running Store Manager ES on Windows 11 or higher, it is recommended Actian be upgraded on these machines as well to meet Actian’s System Requirements.

To purchase Actian Zen v15 and obtain a license key do either of the following:

  1. Contact Greenstone Customer Support either by calling (800) 366-2474 or emailing mysupport@culturatech.com and we will make sure a case gets logged to the Sales queue and your Sales Representative is notified.

  2. Contact Sales directly by calling (800) 393-0075 or by sending an e-mail to agris.sales@culturatech.com
