Adding a Service Item to a Formulation (AGY)

A service item can be added to a formulation at any time prior to the formulation being sent to a business document (Sales Order, Invoice or Delivery Ticket). Here's how:

1. Open AGY > Formulation

2. On the Requirements screen, select the customer ID and the formulation group

3. If an new blend is being created, Skip to step 4. If adding the service item to an existing blend, type the Blend ID number in Default Blend No field and hit the "Tab" key.

4. Fill in the nutrient requirements, the tonnage/acreage to blend to, and make any other necessary changes on the requirements screen

5. Click on the formulation tab

6. Click on the search icon on the line that is not showing an item number. This will take you to your inventory search box

   1. Open

      

       

7. Select the service item.

8. Enter the quantity.

9. Continue on with the formulation as normal.
