Contract Import-Ability to move a portion of the unapplied quantity to a new schedule (AGS-23833)

Provides user the option to move unapplied quantity to a new schedule via contract import.

Description

The user is now able to move unapplied quantity to a new schedule via import. To do so, import file must contain two GRNC1 import records with quantity surrounded by curly brackets, “{}”. First record identifies the from schedule with a negative quantity value. Second record contains the matching positive value with no assigned schedule. Import validation does not allow splitting cancelled or completely settled schedules, different negative and positive quantities, and splitting more than available unapplied quantity.
