Entering a Ticket as A Void

Greenstone “Best Practice” recommendation:

When a Ticket is Reversed with option #1 Reverse & Delete All Applications, this not only removes the Ticket from Agris, but it also allows that Ticket Number to be used again. To keep a Numeric Listing of all Scale Tickets within Agris, it is recommended to Enter the Reversed Ticket as a Void.

Navigate to GRAIN > Shipments > Ticket Entry

1. Enter the Location of the Ticket

2. Enter the Date the Ticket was Voided

3. Enter whether it was Inbound or Outbound

4. Enter Ticket Type as Void

5. Enter the original Transport Mode, Truck, Rail, etc.

Enter Ticket Number of the Voided Ticket

The remaining fields are all optional depending on how much information is needed to show on the Voided Ticket. The available fields are:

1. Name Id

2. Vehicle Id

3. Commodity

4. Grade Factors

Open

1. Freight/Misc Information

2. Ticket Remarks

After all required information is added, the Ticket will need to be Applied to Save the Ticket as a Void. Nothing is actually Applied, that is the way to get the Ticket Saved.
