How to do an Inventory Count

Learn how to set counts for current inventory on Warehouse Pro that will sync directly with your manager’s system and can be reviewed in real time. Using this you will be able to count the same item in multiple locations; count using multiple devices simultaneously; and report counts on inventory faster and more efficiently.

Inventory Count Step by Step:

Set up your counts for your inventory to be reviewed in real-time.

1. Press Inventory Count.

   Open

   

    

2. Create a new count for an item by selecting Count.

   Open

   

    

3. Choose the position of the item you are counting and select Continue

    

4. Search for the item you want to count by either scanning the barcode on the item or searching for the name then select Count

    

5. Enter the count for the item and click Submit to load your counts and automatically sync to your System Manager

    

6. Once you click Submit you will be taken back to the item search where you can see your last count and search for another item.

   Note: You can also Change Position to count from a new location.

    

Review Count Step by Step:

Review counts you just created and make edits

1. Click Review Count

2. A list of your latest accounts will appear, from here you can do the following actions:

    

   1. Search for specific items you counted or scan a barcode to pull it up

   2. Review the details of each item you counted and be able to edit the quantity if you need to

   3. Add a new item by clicking the + icon at the top right-hand corner (this will take you back to the Count feature)
      
      

Delete Count Step by Step:

Delete counts to start over or correct large mistakes. This will delete all of your current counts stored on the app.

1. Click Delete Count

    

2. Type the word “delete” and then hit Submit to completely delete your counts.
