Can't Generate A Voucher For Tickets

Some possible reasons:

 

Your ticket is either missing Shipper ID, Freight Rate or Amount, or it is marked Estimate for Freight Status.

The ledger accounts are missing from the commodity

Commodity Tables>Commodity Codes>View/Edit Commodity
