Problem
Windows 10 will no longer receive updates as of October 15th, 2025
Windows 10 support will end on October 15, 2025. After this date, the product will no longer receive security updates, non-security updates, bug fixes, technical support, or online technical content updates.
This change will impact how Greenstone products are tested, developed, and supported after October 15th, 2025.

Greenstone Will:
Continue to support and test Windows 10 until Microsoft's October date.
Receive and answer support calls related to AGRIS workstations after this date.
If the issue seems to involve hardware, security, or infrastructure, Greenstone Customer Support might ask you to update to a supported system before they begin troubleshooting the AGRIS issue.
