Hedge Report - How to Get a Hedge Report for a Past Date

Steps 1-2 explain the set up that needs to be done before AGRIS will store past days Hedge activities. Once these settings are in place, AGRIS will store from that point on, it will not give you access to past days. 

Step-by-step guide

1. To get Agris to store the information, you will need to go to GRN>Setup Information>Position Information
   
   
   
2. At the bottom, you will see the question "Maintain Daily Contract Balances?" Change the N to a Y. This will prevent AGRIS from deleting contract totals when you begin a new day. 
   
   
   
3. Now in the future, you will be able to go back as far as today to pull a Hedge Position Report for that day's activity. To do this, select your Hedge Position Report, enter your parameters and when you get to the Addition Options Screen, there is now the option to put in a position date.
