Managing History/Operations in AgroGuide

Overview

Use this job aid to manage Field History and Operations.

To manage:

1. From toolbar, select AGY for AgroGuide.

2. From the AgroGuide menu, select AgroGuide, then select a client from the entity tree, and then select the farm, field, or subfield.

3. Click the Manage History/Operations button in the lower left section of the AgroGuide Tree window.

4. The Client, Farm, Field, Sub-Field will default in from the AgroGuide Tree when selecting a client.

5. In the Operation Name box, use the Lookup to search for operation types or use to scroll through the operation.

6. In the Operation Type Box, use the drop down arrow to select an operation.

7. Use the Calendar icon to select an operation date.

8. In the Area covered, type in the coverage area, if different from default.

9. In the Operation Cost box,  type in cost per each.

10. The Estimated Cost box, is not user-defined.

11. In the Crop box, use the drop down arrow to show a crop.

12. In the Note box, type in any notes.

13. Under the Item tab, will list the items for this operation.

14. Click the Pencil icon , to show the components of the blend. On this screen Manufacturer, Epa #, Delivery Date, Pests, and Notes can be added or changed.

15. Click Ok to save changes and return to the Item Tab.

16. Click Person Tab to add, change, or delete the Persons from the Blend.

17. Click Equipment Tab to add, change, delete Equipment from the Blend.

18. Click Applications Tab to add or change Application Conditions to the Blend, Click New to Add Application Conditions.  There can be more than one Application Condition to a Blend.

19. Click Soil Sample (Only available if Operation Type of Soil Test is selected) to manage soil samples for the Blend.

20. Click Ok to save changes and return to the main menu, or Click Apply to save changes and remain on the active window.
