Using Transfer Operations in Managing History/Operations

Overview

Use this job aid to transfer only the active operation in history/operations.  This function allows the ability to transfer all history and operations from one client to another or from the same client to another farm, field, subfield.

To transfer active operation only:

1. From toolbar, select AGY for AgroGuide.

2. From the AgroGuide menu, select AgroGuide, then select a client from the entity tree, and then select the farm, field, or subfield.

3. Click the Manage History/Operations button in the lower left section of the AgroGuide Tree window.

4. The Client, Farm, Field, Sub-Field will default in from the AgroGuide Tree when selecting a client.

5. Click the Transfer Operation button in the lower left hand corner.

6. Select a Client, Farm, Field, Subfield to transfer to.

7. In the Transfer Percent, type in the percent to be transferred to that new account,

8. Click Transfer, This will return back the main screen of Manage History/Operations.

9. Click Ok to save changes and return to main menu, or click Apply to save changes and remain in the active window.
