How to Create a Quote

Why use a Quote?

  • Quotes are an easy way for sales team members to manage those discussions with customers that have not yet committed to purchasing. Quotes allow the salesperson to record the “discussed” deal and follow up at a later time. If the customer moves ahead with agreeing to the quote, the salesperson can move the quote to a booking or prepay commitment to enable the agreement to be reviewed and stored securely in AGRIS.

Step-by-step

1. Press Quotes.

2. Press New to create a new quote.

3. Search by Name Description, Name Id City, or Phone and Select the customer you are looking for.

4. Review the credit check, press Next

5. Search by the items Name, No, or Category and Select the item you are looking for.

6. Provide the quantity amount and price, press Done.

Note: To add more than one item press Add Another instead of Done.

7. Press on the Quote option.

8. Press Finish to complete your Quote.

- Leave remarks if you would like.

Note: The created quotes can be reviewed in the AGRIS Sales App or the AGRIS Sales Review website.
