Actions -Action Requests for Growers and Action Lists for Administrators (MYG-415 & MYG-432)
MyGrower 2.1.0 includes the following enhancements:
- MYG-415 Portal/Mobile - Request for action: Grain tickets
- MYG-432 Portal/Mobile - Request for action: Contracts / Settlements
Do you want to:
- Increase flexibility for your customers to initiate action anytime, from any device?
- Maximize efficiency and organization relating to requests from customers?
- Decrease time spent looking through emails and notepads?
- Take full advantage of your grower engagement platform?
This new feature will allow you to:
- Enable growers to initiate action on the following:
- Ticket Applications: growers can articulate where they'd like to apply a specific ticket
- Ticket Splits: growers can request to change a split
- Settlement Requests: growers can request a settlement for specific contracts
- Other: There may be other grower requests, so this category is to keep open the line of communication.
- Receive various action requests from growers, categorized and ready for you to investigate and process.
- Prioritize tasks by simply choosing which to complete first.
- Notify the grower that their request is complete. Administrators of the action list:
- Can choose to either complete/accept the request or reject it.
- Are able to use a preset response or if they choose, edit the response that goes out to the growers.
