Color Coding Commodities [Quick Tip]

Setting the Color Code for individual commodities is a way for scale operators and particularly seasonal help to recognize the commodity being chosen on the oneWeigh ticket entry screen. This helps eliminate the wrong commodity being chosen when harvest is upon them or truck traffic is heavy.

On the main AGRIS screen on the oneWeigh PC go to: ONE>Setup Information>Workstation Information> Commodities/Discounts. Click on the Commodity Color Settings.

Next, click on the ADD button – It will ask if you want to default from the current line if there are already commodities listed. You can answer “No” if you are setting up a new commodity color.
