Forms Default Router

The forms default router provides the Support personal with the logic functions to set the oneWeigh to match the business needs in regards to ticket printing.

Common Scenarios

  • Same form for inbound and outbound tickets

  • Same form for inbound and outbound ticket inside and an outside form ( printer located on a pole on the scale)

  • Different form for inbound and outbound

  • Different inbound and outbound forms and outside ticket forms.

Setup

Form default router is found in ONE>Setup Information>Worksation Information>Forms

The Filter settings will be used to configure the business logic of when a form will print.

The Form settings will be used to configure the out of the form and input from a Signature pad and a Driver’s License scanner

 

Special notes:

  • Outside ticket printer – it is common for the outside ticket form to be the same as the ticket inside but it will only have 1 ticket to the sheet, where the inside form will have 2 tickets on 1 sheet of paper.

  • If more than two tickets are required, example:

  1. Inside form

  2. Outside form

  3. Form printed to Corporate office

Then a preliminary form will have to be used for one of the forms, in order to get three copies with one print button request.

Preliminary Forms

If using the preliminary form function to print a final ticket, two settings must be completed:

  • Select “Ticket Number on Preliminary Form”

  • Set “Print After Field” to Final Form Available
