Improve Customer Quick List [Quick Tip]
Customer Quick List is a great tool to use for your most frequent customers. It’s a fast and simple way to keep trucks moving on a busy day. We have made improvements to it to enhance the user’s experience with this tool.
Below is a picture of how the old quick list view:
The new view can be enabled to display the quick list by Name Description, Name ID or City; by clicking the tab.
If you want to see your entire customer list click “Show All”.
How to Enable Customer Quick List View
Navigate to One > Setup Information > Workstation Information > Processing Options 1
Select the checkbox for "Show Address Line 1 in Name Search" under Search Options
Select Save to apply changes
