How To Add InboundOutbound Code or Field On Ticket Entry(Chalk Board) [Quick Tip]

  1. ONE > Setup Information > Workstation Information

 

  1. Required > Scroll down until you see “In/Out Code” > Type an “O” in the Inbound and Outbound Display Type at the bottom of the screen.

 

  1. Click Save > Open Ticket Entry > Now your screen/chalkboard should resemble the image below and you will have the capability to switch between inbound and outbound codes with a click.
