Name ID Import into oneWeigh

You can import new Name IDs into oneWeigh without having to hand-enter them in. This can be useful if you haven’t updated names in a while or you want all your facilities to have the same Name IDs at all locations.

On the AGRIS computer with the names you want to import into oneWeigh go to NAM > Report Manager > Name/Address Reports.

Next, select 12 Name/Address Export File.

The next windows allow to enter fields to specify certain name IDs. If you want all the name IDs, leave all the boxes blank. Click “OK” seven times and take note where the file is being exported to.

Note: The oneWeigh will not import already existing name IDs, so you won’t have two of the same customers in the system.

Now you need to import the file into the oneWeigh. Go to Reports > Import Procedures > Standard Import File.

Enter the Import Path Procedure and the Output Path.

Click Ok > Ok > 1) Begin Import Processing.
