AGRIS Sales App 2.2

The AGRIS Sales App 2.2 will be available on January XX, 2020

Based on customer feedback, here are some new features and improvements:

New Features / ImprovementsBenefits

Ability to create Quotes.

  • Improve the sales experience for the farmer.
  • Maximize flexibility for the salesperson working on a booking for customer A to handle an interruption with customer B or phone call and then go back and finish the booking already begun for customer A.

Ability to indicate if a Booking was signed or taken by phone.

  • Maximize the ability to enforce signatures on deals to invoke a separate signature process as part of the sales process.
  • Reduce the risk that a customer will debate the existence of the committed price/quantity of a booking (i.e., contract).
  • Minimize effort and time spent by the Sales Manager to understand if the customer's signature is on the booking / prepay deal.

Sum of items total from the Summary area automatically populates into the Check Amount field of the Prepay (ACC-372)
  • Reduce time and effort to capture the accurate prepay amount.
  • Improve accuracy of the prepay amount.
Show Address Line 1 and 2 from AGRIS on Customer search card (ACC-498)
  • Reduce time and effort to see customer's full address information.
  • Maximize ability to route a driver to the customer with accurate address information.
Bug fixes 
  • Show quantity on hand now displays information correctly.
