How to Filter Bookings & Prepays by Users (ASR-30)

Details

With the new Filter’s option, you are now able to select the User Id’s that you would like to see in your Pending, Approved, Declined, Failed, and Quotes list.

Log in to AGRIS Sales Review.

2.

Go to Settings.

3.

Turn ON filter options.

4.

Select the User Id’s you want to see on your list.

Unselect the User Id’s you don't want to see on your list.

5.

Click Save.

FAQs:

1. What does the Refresh List button do?

A: This button manually refreshes the list of users from AGRIS.


2. I added a new user in AGRIS, why can’t I see it in the “Filter Options” list of Users?

A: In the Filter Options click the Refresh List button. This will update the list in AGRIS Sales Review to the current list from AGRIS.


3. How do I know if I have Filter Options “on”?

A: The Dashboard and the respective lists / queues will display “filtered results”.


4. What happens if I turn Filter Options to “off” and press SAVE after I’ve selected User Ids?

A: All of your filter selections will clear and the deals for all users will appear on the Dashboard and in the respective lists / queues.
