You can now require that a reason for a manual weight be captured at the time it is taken and this reason is included in the Alert E-mail that is sent out.
Setup and Configuration
How to setup Remark for Audit Reason
Navigation: ONE, Audit Log, “Filter and Settings” button.
In the Ticket Remark Settings, select the remark you would like to save the Audit Reason to from the drop-down.
If you would like to require the user to provide an audit reason for Manual Weights, then check the “Audit Reason Required” checkbox.
Click the “Apply Filter and Save Changes” button.
Ticket Entry Audit Reason Setup
Navigation: ONE, Setup Information, Workstation Information, General Tab, “Ticket Remark Fields” button.
Add the remark selected above to one of the 1-27 available Ticket Remark Fields. Please note, if you do not select the remark, the Audit Reason functionality will be ignored. Click “OK” button.
If the “Audit Reason Required” option is selected above and when the user tries to perform a Manual Weight, they will be prompted to add an Audit Reason if the remark text was empty.
The user is directed to the Ticket Remark to enter an Audit Reason.
If the user decides to enter an Audit Reason and complete the Manual Weight, an Audit Reason with the user-entered text will be logged into the Audit Log. Also, if Alert Router is setup to receive alerts for Manual Weights, an alert with the Audit Reason will be given.
