The AGRIS 17.4.0 release has added:
AGS-1924: Extended Date Acronyms have been expanded to enable selection of up to +/- 99 days
The system has previously allowed date filter acronyms such as B.C.D (Beginning Current Day). This feature has been expanded to allow the current date plus or minus a specified number of days. This allows you to export/print open sales orders for shipments that are planned for today, or up to any number of days into the future. A daily report would be generated of scheduled shipments planned for the next 10 days, as an example. This feature will be supported everywhere throughout the system that currently handles the entry of Extended Dates (usually on the Range Selection Criteria of reports).
The following three examples handle Beginning/Middle/Ending of the Prior/Current/Next Day/Month/Year, plus or minus up to 99 days.
BCD-2 = Beginning Current Day based on Computer date minus 2 days
BPM+25 = Beginning Previous Month based on Computer date plus 25 days
ENM-10 = Ending of Next Month based on Computer date minus 10 days
This example shows that the plus sign '+' is optional, to allow for a maximum of 999 days into the future.
BPM120 = Beginning Previous Month based on Computer date plus 120 days
This example will handle Beginning/Middle/Ending of the Prior/Current/Next Day/Month/Year (based on the current date of any of the current processing Date Group codes), plus up to 99 days, or minus up to 9 days.
BPMA15 = Beginning Previous Month for Date Group A plus 15 days (The Date Group codes are setup under Customize, Date Groups)
Example input screen: The Shipment Date filter parameter screen below will produce a Sales Order Report for all active sales orders where the shipment is expected to be delivered within the next 10 days.
BCD+10 = Beginning Current Date plus 10 days
