Printing Crop Plans

Overview

Crop plans and financial analyses can be printed, either for a single crop option, or for the entire crop plan.

To Print a Crop Plan:

1. From the Toolbar, select AGY for AgroGuide.

2. From the AgroGuide menu, select AgroGuide.

3. On the AgroGuide Tree window, select a client from the entity tree, and then select the farm, field, or subfield for the crop plan.

4. Click the Crop Plan button in the lower left section of the AgroGuide Tree window to display the AgroGuide Crop Plan window with the selected Client, Farm, Field, and Subfield displayed.

5. Select the crop plan and option from the AgroGuide Crop Planning window.

6. Click Print to display the Print Crop Plan window. select Standard or User-Defined.

7. Select a Report Name from the drop-down list for the selected report option.

8. Select a Printer option from the drop-down list for the selected report option.

9. Update the No. Copies box if the number of copies is greater than 1.

10. Click OK.
