WHAT ARE THE HIGHLIGHTS?

Grain

Support of loads for inbound grain.

Reduce effort and time to have the right product delivered by the right truck on the right day.  

Phase 1 in this release is limited to purchase loads associated to purchase contracts, scale and bulk tickets.

Changes to Load Reassignment and Load Shipment Grades

Maximize the ability to have the right product delivered by the right truck on the right day with the abilities to:

  • Assign loads without contracts to a specific contract delivery line based on branch, customer and item

  • Display and save grades based on the Item Extensions Maintenance, Entry Seq on the Grade Factor on Load Shipment Grade Entry and Inquiry.

Delivery Period Ticker on Delivery Period Maintenance, Purchase Contract Entry & Sales Contract Entry

  • Improve ability to associate the Item or Product and Ticker to a delivery period.

  • Reduce time and effort to default the Ticker on the Purchase and Sales Contracts when selecting the Delivery Period. 

Sales

New Container Maintenance for container ID, description, volume, UoM, and manufacturer

Improve ability to select valid containers with the CINCH Warehouse Ship mobile app.

Changes to Sales Order Entry

Improve flexibility to look to the order line Tax Schedule and Item Tax first in the Sales Order Entry and Invoice process.  

Miscellaneous

Support Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018 R2, including the 2018 Year-End update for GP 2018

Dynamics GP 2018 R2 contains enhancements in the following areas:

WANT MORE NEWS YOU CAN USE?

  • Maintenance and support of CINCH 14.1 (on Dynamics GP 14.0 R2) discontinued on November 30, 2018.  Thus a 2018 year-end update will NOT be done for CINCH 14.1.  To schedule your upgrade from CINCH 14.1, please contact the Greenstone Customer Support team via email at mysupport@culturatech.com or by phone at 877-674-7419 (Option 1, 5).
