About eSign for AGRIS

Who is eSign for and what benefits does it provide to them?

  • Do you have accounting clerks who manage physical copies of documents and spend much of their time contacting growers, sending, receiving, scanning, and filing signed contracts?

  • Is someone in your business responsible for updating the contract status in AGRIS every time a signed contract is received? 

  • Could their time be better spent on other projects and more pressing responsibilities?

  • If you answered "yes" to any of the above, eSign integration with AGRIS may be just what you need!

  • AGRIS integration:

    • eSign integrates with AGRIS to close the loop from contract creation to customer signature to updating contract status to maintaining a repository of signed contracts in AttachToo.

What are the Minimum Requirements for using eSign?

  • Click HERE for technical Prerequisites and System Requirements

  • Customers must also have AttachToo setup for AGRIS. 

  • The product requires installation of an agent on your AGRIS component server.

  • We currently are not accepting SPOT contracts
