This chapter describes the addition of a Priced by Date field to multiple Purchase Contract windows. (CIN-5099)

Notes:

• Field is based on the delivery periods within a contract.

• Field is information only and can be used for reporting purposes. No existing reports have been modified to include this field.

Changes to Purchase Contract Entry
Added field Priced By Date field in Purchase Contract Entry window.

1. Open Purchase Contract Entry Window

(Transactions >> CINCH Grain >> Purchases/Inbound >> Purchase Contracts >> Purchase Contract Entry)

1. Priced By Date

2. Enabled on contracts with a single delivery period and allows user to enter a date the delivery period should be priced by. The date is informational only and can be used for reporting purposes if desired.

3. Disabled for Multiple Delivery Periods.

Added Priced By Date field in Purchase Contract Price Entry window.

1. Open Purchase Contract Price Entry Window

(Transactions >> CINCH Grain >> Purchases/Inbound >> Purchase Contracts >> Purchase Contract Price Entry or Transactions >> CINCH Grain >> Purchases/Inbound>>Purchase Contracts >> Purchase Contract Entry >> Expansion button next to the Price field)

1. Priced By Date field is display only, value will default based on the selected delivery period.

Changes to Purchase Contract Delivery Entry
Added Priced By Date field in Purchase Contract Delivery Entry window.

(Transactions >> CINCH Grain >> Purchases/Inbound >> Purchase Contracts >> Purchase Contract Entry >> Delivery Period expansion button)

1. Priced By Date allows user to enter a date the delivery period should be priced by. The date is information only and can be used for reporting purposes if desired.

Changes to Purchase Contract Roll
Added Priced By Date fields in the Purchase Contract Roll window.

1. Open Purchase Contract Roll Window

(Transactions >> CINCH Grain >> Purchases/Inbound >> Purchase Contracts >> Purchase Contract Roll)

1. Roll From – Priced By Date will default from the selected Purchase Contract's Delivery Period.

2. Roll To –

   Priced By Date, user specifies the Priced by Date for the Delivery Period the quantity will be rolled to.

Changes to Purchase Contract Mass Roll
Added Priced By Date field in the Purchase Contract Mass Roll window.

1. Open Purchase Contract Mass Roll Window

(Transactions >> CINCH Grain >> Purchases/Inbound >> Purchase Contracts >> Purchase Contract Mass Roll)

1. Roll To –

   Priced By Date, when the roll is processed, all selected contract's delivery periods will be updated with this new Priced By Date.
