Continue to support and test Server 2012 R2 until Microsofts Microsoft's October date.
Receive and answer support calls related to AGRIS servers loaded on 2012R2 after this date.
If there are issues that are being reported to the Greenstone Customer Support team that are believed to be related to hardware/security or infrastructure dependant dependent issues, the support rep will recommend the company update their hardware to a supported environment prior to further troubleshooting or diagnosing of the reported AGRIS issue.
