October 10, 2023 - Windows Server 2012 R2 will no longer receive updates as of October 10th, 2023
Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2 will end on October 10, 2023. After this date, these products will no longer receive security updates, non-security updates, bug fixes, technical support, or online technical content updates.
This change also impacts how Greenstone products are tested, developed and supported after October 10th. 2023.

Connect2 - John Deere Multi-use accounts (AKA - Farmplan)

Third party translations to files and folders on Windows 2012 R2 servers.
Greenstone Will:
Continue to support and test Server 2012 R2 until Microsoft's October date.
Receive and answer support calls related to AGRIS servers loaded on 2012R2 after this date.
If there are issues that are being reported to the Greenstone Customer Support team that are believed to be related to hardware/security or infrastructure dependent issues, the support rep will recommend the company update their hardware to a supported environment prior to further troubleshooting or diagnosing of the reported AGRIS issue.
