This step should be completed after all requirements have been met, and is meant to serve as a secondary check to ensure the right items are also in the correct location.
If using 19.1.0 SU2 or higher
Work with Customer Support to apply the updated AGRIS software license to your AGRIS server
Open AGRIS on your database server
Select Utilities up top, then Diagnostics
Click on the button that says “Agent Pre-Install Utility”
Make sure you fill out the 3 fields on the right
Then hit Check. A window will pop-up with the status of everything.

If using 19.1.0 SU1 or older, please follow the steps below instead:
Work with Customer Support to apply the updated AGRIS software license to your AGRIS server
Go to file explorer and click on the drive containing AGRIS
Click on APPS folder
Click on AGRIS folder
Click on Bin folder
Click on file named “Agris.Sys.AgentCheck.exe”
Fill out fields to the right
Click the “check” button
